These terms govern your use of The Finish Frame (the "site") and any order you place. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
What we make
We design and sell personalized art prints built from the race data you provide. Products are made to order. Colors on screen are a close representation but can vary slightly from the final printed piece due to your display and the printing process.
Your race data and content
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter (splits, times, name, city, date, division) and for any photo you upload. By submitting a photo you confirm you have the right to use it. The live preview shows exactly what will print, so please review it before ordering. Orders, pricing, and payment
Prices are shown on the product pages; shipping is added at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item was mispriced or is unavailable), refunding you in full if we do. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider.
Intellectual property
The site, its designs, templates, and artwork are owned by The Finish Frame and protected by intellectual-property laws. When you buy a print you receive the physical product for personal use; you do not receive the right to reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit the design or the underlying artwork.
Independence and trademarks
The Finish Frame is independent and athlete-owned. Your print is a record of your own race performance. HYROX and related marks are the property of their respective owner; The Finish Frame is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HYROX or Upsolut Sports GmbH. Any city, date, or event referenced on a print describes your own participation.
Acceptable use
Don't use the site to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload content you don't have the rights to, or interfere with the site's operation.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability for any claim related to the site or a product to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
